Article Title:	New Disclosure Opportunity from HMRC
HMRC is offering an opportunity to people with unpaid taxes linked to offshore accounts or assets to settle their tax liabilities at a favourable penalty rate. This opportunity will run until 12 March 2010, and HMRC has stated that it will NOT be offering preferential terms to offshore account and asset holders again.
